1) Q. How much does 100PV monthly autoship cost?
A. Less than $130 USD which includes Shipping
2) Q. When upgrading to a new level do you pay just the difference from your present level or do you pay the full cost of the new level?
A. You pay the full cost of the new level because apart from your new rank you're actually buying all the products offered at that new level
3) Q. How many legs does one have to build to max out the Compensation Plan and reach the highest rank of the company?
A. You only have to build 3 legs with the division of volume as follows: 40% - 40% - 20%
4) Q. What does "Division of volume 40% - 40% - 20% mean?
A. It means if you need 10,000 GV to gain the rank of Gold then 40% of that 10,000 GV has to come from 1 leg, 40% has to come from a 2nd leg and 20% has to come from a 3rd leg.
You CANNOT have all 100% (10,000 GV) come from 1 or 2 legs. The total volume MUST be spread out over 3 legs in that ratio: 1st Leg = 40% - 2nd Leg = 40% - 3rd Leg = 20%
5) Q. So, does that mean you have to build your team to that exact specification - 40% - 40% - 20% ?
A. No. Of course not!
It simply means that when HHG is calculating your Group Volume to determine your rank promotion they will not consider more than 40% volume from the ist leg, 40% volume from the 2nd leg and 20% volume from the 3rd leg.
So, for instance, if you need 10,000 GV to gain the Gold Rank, you can actually have all 10,000 GV in one of your legs BUT HHG will NOT consider all 10,000 GV from that particular leg in determining your rank advancement.
They will only take 40% (4,000 GV) from that leg and the remaining 6,000 GV must come from your other 2 legs (40% or 4,000 GV from leg #2 and 20% or 2,000 GV from leg #3)
6) Q. How much does Shipping cost on a typical order?
A. Shipping within the USA typically costs about $10.00 on small orders, about $20.00 on medium sized orders, about $30.00 on large orders and about $40.00 on extra large orders.

A. You have 30 days in which to upgrade to a higher level after which you will be locked in at whatever level you enrolled at until you actually build your business to a higher level and earn the title and rewards.
14) Q. Please expalin how the Luxury Car Bonus operates?
A. When you get to the Diamond level you receive an extra $800 in your monthly commission and this increases incrementally up to $1,800 every month at the Triple Crown Diamond level.
With this extra income you can lease or buy any vehicle you want.
The Car Bonus is very flexible so that you may even use this money for any other expense you might have or any purpose whatsoever... it's entirely up to you. The money is yours either way!
15) Q. When a distributor skips ranks by advancing rapidly will he be paid the Prosperity Bonus on all the ranks he skipped over?
e.g. A distributor jumps from Gold to Diamond. Will he get paid his Emerald and Ruby Prosperity Bonuses as well as his Diamond Bonus??
A. Absolutely, yes! We encourage you to build your HHG business as quickly as you can, so when you skip over ranks you will definitely get paid all the bonuses for the ranks you skipped over.

2) From your Dashboard click on "One Time Order" (Bottom Left)
3) On the next page:
a) Fill out the form with your information
b) Choose the level you want to upgrade to
c) Check the box next to Terms and Conditions
d) Click the green button that says "Continue to Review"
4) On the next page: Review your order to confirm it is correct and click the button to complete your order
5) You're now upgraded to your new level

A. No, you won't get those initial commissions in the 1st month they sign up. Only from the 2nd month onward.
21) Q. I learnt that personal PVs don't count towards Rank Advancement but aren't PVs added to EGV which is used to calculate Rank Advancement? So, isn't this the same thing?
A. PV does NOT count toward rank advancement.
EGV and PV do not add together for YOU but it does show up like that in the tree view because it counts for your UPLINE.
This is why you should not look at your tree view to calculate rank advancement.
